Become A CASA Volunteer

CASA Volunteers come from all walks of life.  If you care about children and are willing to speak up for a child’s best interests, you might make an excellent CASA Volunteer.  You do not need a college degree.  CASA Volunteers must be at least 21 years old, have no offense history that makes them a danger to children, and be able to use good judgment and common sense.

As a CASA Volunteer, you will receive 40 hours of training about courtroom procedures, social services, the juvenile court system, the law, and the special needs of abused and neglected children.  There are on-going training opportunities and support available from experienced CASA Volunteers and staff.
